Redesigning the image of a property developer.
We redesigned the identity of Gómez Parejo, a property developer and construction company, and rolled it out across every touchpoint: from construction site signage to social media and web.
Gómez Parejo had a brand that no longer reflected the quality of their projects. They built and sold well, but their image didn't match.
They needed a complete update that worked on a construction hoarding as well as on a phone screen, conveying trust and solidity to buyers and partners.
We updated the full visual identity: logo, colour palette, typography and graphic language. From there, we applied it to every real business touchpoint. We designed construction site signage for new developments, redesigned the website as a buyer acquisition platform, managed their social media and produced advertising materials for each new project.
Everything under a single coherent visual line, designed so that every touchpoint reinforced the company's professional image. It was an ongoing collaboration spanning from the brand redesign through to communication support for each new development.
a renewed identity that finally matches the standard of their developments, on site and on screen.
every touchpoint, from hoarding to social media, reinforcing the same professional image.
