We designed the international expansion strategy for Colección Alexandra, a luxury furniture manufacturer and interiors brand, to position them in the highest-value residential markets projected over the next six years.
Colección Alexandra wanted to stop waiting for clients to come to them and start positioning where the next luxury residential developments will be built.
They needed a strategic analysis identifying which markets, which developments and which high-end projects would materialise in the coming years, allowing them to arrive before the competition with a solid commercial proposition.
We conducted an international expansion study focused on key markets: Miami, Doha or Marbella. We analysed upcoming luxury residential constructions and developments within a six-year horizon, identifying concrete opportunities for the brand to position itself with developers, interior designers and high-net-worth end clients.
The work was directly aligned with Colección Alexandra's commercial and sales department, delivering an actionable roadmap for their business team.
