1. Who we are

The data controller of this website is Studio95 Grup SLU, a company incorporated under the laws of the Principality of Andorra, with NRT 721641P, registered office at Escaldes-Engordany, and registered with the Registre de Societats Mercantils d'Andorra under number 26549.

2. What personal data we collect

We process personal data in two situations:

2.1 When you contact us by email

If you click the contact buttons on our website or write to info@studio95.es, we receive the data you choose to include in your message — typically your name, email address, the company you represent and the content of your enquiry.

2.2 When you browse the website

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, approximate location, device, traffic source). We do not load analytics or non-essential cookies until you give your consent through our cookie banner.

3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering professional contacts (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR / Art. 13 Llei 29/2021).
• To measure and improve the website — legal basis: your prior, informed consent given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR / Art. 13 Llei 29/2021).
• To comply with our legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep email correspondence for the time required to handle your request and, where it leads to a commercial relationship, for the legally required retention periods (commercial, tax and accounting obligations under Andorran and Spanish law).

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period (currently 14 months) and then aggregated.

5. Who has access to your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data. Your data is processed by:

• Our own internal team, on a need-to-know basis.
• Google Ireland Ltd. as analytics provider (Google Analytics 4). Some processing may take place on Google servers located in the United States.
• Cloudflare, Inc. as our website hosting and CDN provider. Some processing may take place on Cloudflare servers located outside the European Economic Area.
• Public authorities, when legally required.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example, to Google servers in the United States), the transfer is covered by adequacy decisions or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
